Hiers Heavenly Pops started with a simple conviction: popsicles should taste like the fruit they come from. Not like artificial flavoring masked with sugar. Every batch is hand-poured in small quantities at our Independence kitchen, using locally sourced produce when possible and recipes that have been refined over years.

We buy real fruit, real dairy, real chocolate. When local growers have what we need, we buy from them. No shortcuts, no concentrates.
Each recipe is tasted and adjusted until the sweetness, acidity, and texture hit the right note. We batch in small quantities to maintain control.
Hand-poured into food-grade molds, then frozen slowly for optimal crystal structure. Fast-freeze gives ice crystals; slow-freeze gives creaminess.
